Zachary Cope
President
Zach Cope has been with Waterfront Property Management since 2009 and has developed a detailed understanding of every level of the company. As the company has grown, Zach has worked closely with both Gregg Garn and Joe Lucier to ensure that Waterfront continues to provide an optimal experience for its clients, displaying a high standard of quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Zach oversees all aspects of Waterfront’s management, operations and business.
Ken Golding
Sales Manager
Ken Golding has been building for past 45 years. He owned his own company for 40 years before coming to work for Waterfront 5 years ago. Ken grew up in Petoskey and married his high school sweetheart and has been married for 43 years. He Raised three children, has 4 grandsons and loves watching them play sports. He is a proud dad and grandpa. Ken has a passion to help others whether it is on a building project or someone in need. Ken loves people and would love to work with you.
Tim Chisholm
Office Manager
After 20+ years of business management, customer service and business development, my family moved back to Northern Michigan where I joined Waterfront at the end of 2020. I have been a part of many different teams and projects along the way which has only helped my overall knowledge of the construction industry.
Al McGraw
Operations Manager
In 1987 I began my journey in the construction field right out of high school. I was immensely blessed with great teachers / leaders in my life, this led me to be a subcontractor in South East Michigan for 10 yrs. In 2004 I moved to Northern Michigan where I continued to work in multiple fields of construction, this helped me gain more experience for the position I’m holding today. My support team is God, my loving wife, four children, and two grandchildren.
Joe "Dutch" Dutcher
Sales Manager
Joe Dutcher or “Dutch” is a proud Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience across multiple industries. With six years in the restoration field specializing in water, fire, and mold work, and an additional six years in the insurance sector focusing on estimating and large loss claims. Recently, Dutch has embarked on an exciting new chapter with the Waterfront Team, and is building a career in construction and remodeling industry, where his commitment to precision and quality continues.

Tristen Finwall began his journey with Waterfront Properties at just 18 years old, driven by a passion and commitment to exceptional service. Over the years, he has cultivated a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a dedication to helping customers. As a devoted husband and proud father of two beautiful kids, His personal commitment to excellence carries over into every aspect of his work, ensuring each client receives the highest level of care and attention.
