The Role

• Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Manage schedules, budgets, and production timelines
• Lead Crew Leaders and hold them accountable to standards
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
• Track job costing and protect company profit

What Success Looks Like

• Projects finish on schedule
• Labor and material budgets are protected
• Crew Leaders perform at a high level
• Clients feel informed and confident
• Problems are identified early and solved proactively
• Company standards are upheld on every site

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in construction or remodeling management
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Financial awareness and job costing knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
