• Assist the Crew Leader on residential remodeling projects
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
• Respect client homes and property at all times
• Return tools and materials to proper locations daily

• Shows up on time and prepared
• Works hard and stays productive
• Communicates clearly with team members
• Protects company tools and equipment
• Takes pride in the finished product

• Experience in construction or remodeling preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
