• Assist with new builds, additions, and renovations, including framing, roofing, siding, painting, trim, and finish carpentry with a high level of detail
• Lay tile flooring, backsplashes, and showers with precision
• Install cabinetry, countertops, doors, and hardware
• Install exterior windows and doors
• Read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Maintains high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Communicates clearly with team members
• Protects company tools and equipment
• Addresses problems early and respectfully
• Takes pride in the finished product

• 3-5 years of experience in the trade
• A problem-solver looking for an opportunity to grow with the company
